EASY STEP BY STEP TO UPLOAD AND SUBMIT IMAGES TO TONOSTOCK:

To upload and submit images TONOSTOCK we suggest this way that we describe step by step with a simple click you will submit large batches instead editing one by one, tittle, description and keywords must be embedded in IPTC image data to batch upload and match these guidelines (tittle, description and keywords only in english language):

- TITTLE: Simple and accurate only abc....z characters (not " ñ "), 1 to 6 words, do not include any simbol, accent, comma, semicolon.. Not allowed any sign but letters and spaces. So not use any of these signs: /"\|][;:)(*^%$#@<>"ñ

- DESCRIPTION: Can be the same (copy-paste) as tittle, same rules but not 6 words limitation.

- KEYWORDS: Min 10, max 50, mandatory to place a "comma" between two keywords. Not allowed spaces or semicolon between 2 keywords.

1. ORGANIZE YOUR IMAGES FIRST ON YOUR COMPUTER: If you have a large portfolio to upload or you just begin now we suggest the easiest way to upload here, please check our categories list at the left of the page and create on your computer one folder named as each category. Then organize all your images in those folders so you can have all your images selected by categories before uploading, that will make extremely fast the submitting process. Image size after saved  must be smaller than 15 Mb.
2. UPLOAD PROCESS: We select the first folder to upload to the right category. We understand all images in this folder will be submitted into the same category. Then you login on Photographer's Area and go to "Batch Upload Photos" tab. Click on "Browse" and select from 1 to 50 images (is not allowed to upload more than 50 images in one batch) select images from same category  and press "Upload". You have to wait until all images are uploaded and the process is finished. Do not navigate away from the uploading window or you will abort the process. Uploaded images with filesize bigger than 15 Mb will be deleted.
3. IMPORT PROCESS: When all your batch images are successfully uploaded you'll see on right window the list of "Already Uploaded" images. Now you have to submit them to our system, that is the "Import" process. Go to "Import Photos" tab now please notice that we suppose that you have all your images with "Tittle, Description and Keywords" properly filled on IPTC fields. Importing batches of images from the same category let you on a simple click submit all your batch. Then leave blank all the "Tittle, Description and Keywords" fields on the import page and please do not forget to select the "Main Category", in the most important step on this process, because all images will be selected to that category, so go to "Main Category" and select the right category. Do not select categories from the down window list where, this is only for an optional secondary category. Do not leave in blank the field "Main Category"
4. MODEL / PROPERTY RELEASES: When selected the main category, you have to only check Model Release or Property release if the image contain people or rights protected properties, if the image does not need Release please go to next step (5), notice that selecting any Model Release or Property Release box is required to upload the model release signed by: photographer, model and witness. Release documents will be scanned from original and saved as .jpg file and uploaded as one more file in the same batch. Set the name of the release file as the name of the model / property to easy identify the document, if the model is called: John Harrison, the release document will be a jpg file called: " "john-harrison.jpg". If a release is needed is required to write the Model / Property name (matching with the release file name) on the "Release info" field.  We can provide you the right Model or Property document by your request.
5. END OF IMPORT PROCESS: Last step is just press "Upload" at the bottom of the page. Then the Import process begin and you will see a blank page where all imported images will be listed, please do not navigate away this page until the message "Continue" in blue will be at the top of the page, then all your images will be ready to be reviewed by our editors and usually before 3 days we will review them. On "View / Edit Photos I have for sale" you can check all your approved images at any time.
